“We offer a blend of hot and room temperature yoga and Pilates classes. For our hot classes we heat the studio to 100-105 degrees with infrared heaters. Infrared heaters emit a therapeutic heat that deeply penetrates the body. This deep heat can help increase circulation, relaxation, and energy; relieve pain and inflammation; promote the release of toxins through sweat; and enhance overall skin health.

In addition to our weekly classes, we also host community gatherings, and events/workshops through the Experience Healing Project (EHP) at Brave in a wide range of healing and self-discovery modalities.”
